This policy explains what personal data is collected when you visit this website or buy UGC Reel Kit, and what happens to it. The site and the product are run by the maker of UGC Reel Kit (“we”, “us”).
The short version
This website has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising trackers and sets no cookies. Payments are processed by Creem, not by us. We only see the details we need to deliver your order and answer your emails.
When you visit the website
The site is static HTML hosted on a third-party host (such as Cloudflare Pages or GitHub Pages). Like any web server, the host may log technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request, for security and to keep the service running. We don’t use these logs to identify you. Fonts and videos are served from this site, not from Google or other third parties.
When you buy
Checkout is handled by Creem (creem.io), which acts as merchant of record. Creem collects your name, email address, billing country and payment details, and processes them under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your full card number.
From Creem we receive your name, email address, country, what you bought, the amount paid and the order ID. We use this to deliver the download, handle refunds, answer support requests and keep tax and accounting records.
When you email us
If you write to [email protected], we keep your email and our reply so we can help you and follow up. We don’t add you to a mailing list.
Legal basis
We process order data to perform our contract with you, accounting records because the law requires it, and support emails based on our legitimate interest in answering you.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (usually up to 7 years). Support emails are deleted within 2 years after the conversation ends, unless they are part of an order record.
Sharing
We don’t sell or rent personal data. It is shared only with the services needed to run the shop: Creem for payments and delivery, our email provider and the website host. Some of these may store data outside your country, under their own safeguards. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it (except what we must keep for tax records). You can also object to processing or complain to your local data protection authority. Email [email protected] and we’ll answer within 30 days.
Children
The product is meant for adults running a business or side project. We don’t knowingly collect data from children under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
