Refund Policy

UGC Reel Kit is a digital product, so you get your license key and files right away. We still want you to be happy with it. If you aren’t, you can have your money back.
14-day refund
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, for any reason, including “it isn’t what I expected” or “I couldn’t get it running”. You don’t have to prove anything, but a sentence on what went wrong helps us improve the kit.
How to ask
- Email [email protected] from the address you bought with.
- Include your order number (it’s in the Creem receipt email) or the date of purchase.
We reply within 2 business days. If it’s a setup problem, we’ll offer to help first, but if you’d rather just have the refund, say so and you’ll get it.
How the money comes back
Refunds are issued through Creem, our payment processor, to the original payment method. The full amount you paid is refunded, including any tax charged. It usually shows up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
After a refund
The license ends when the refund is issued, and the license key stops working in the editor. If you bought Developer, please delete your copy of the source code. Videos you already made with it are yours to keep.
After 14 days
Requests after 14 days are not normally refunded. If the kit is broken in a way we can’t fix, or you were charged twice or by mistake, email us anyway and we’ll sort it out.
Chargebacks
Please email us before opening a dispute with your bank. A refund through us is faster for you.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn’t affect any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
